OUR FARM

 

Our farm is located in the centre of Mitterolang at 1,050 m above sea level.

 

At the moment, we have about 40 head of cattle.

The majority of the cattle is sold to the Butchery Mair.

We are producers of South Tyrolean beef of controlled quality.

We offer tasters of our genuine farm products.

 

In order to show you the life on a farm, we invite you to visit our stable to observe and feed our animals.

 

 

THE HOUSE

In 2014, our house was reconstructed, enlarged and designed to be accessible without barriers.

 

We dispose of a recreation room with a small in-house library and a ski deposit.

 

An elevator easily brings you to your apartment, so that you can fully relax during your stay.

 

If you travel by car, we offer a parking lot or a garage.

 

 

THE GARDEN

In our garden, we love to cultivate herbs, which are the basis of homemade teas, creams and syrups and which we also use in our kitchen.

We also cultivate chive, parsley, basil, oregano, marjoram, sage, celery, rosemary, marigold, Echinacea, peppermint and lemon balm.

 

We process the major part of the fruit to jams, which you may enjoy at breakfast.

Fruit and vegetables are offered depending on the harvest situation and the season.

 

Our little guests may spend funny times on our little playground, while you may relax on the terrace or on the sunbathing lawn.
